Our mission is to assist and support the economically disadvantaged in metro Louisville by providing nutritional meals, legal counseling and spiritual empowerment.

Loaves and Fishes Inc.'s goal is to be a multi-purpose facility located in downtown Louisville committed to helping the economically disadvantaged. Our objective is to secure grants and develop outreach partnerships with like-minded organizations in our pursuit to assist those in greatest need in our community.

What We Do

Each week we prepare meals to serve the homeless. Our menu is typically macaroni & cheese, green beans and fried chicken. We prepare at 500 East Caldwell Street, Louisville KY 40203. The needs of the homeless and less fortunate are many and a warm meal is a small but important way for them to experience God’s love for them. Loaves & Fishes serves veterans, the mentally disabled, families facing difficult times and those in need of a fortifying meal. Loaves and Fishes proudly partners with Metro Christian Legal Aid, St. Francis in the Fields Episcopal Church, and Dare to Care.
